Earning Credits

Washington County Community College (WCCC) and Wilderness Medical Associates International have partnered to provide credit to students who successfully complete the Wilderness First Responder (WFR) program and wish to obtain college credit.

4 credits will be awarded for the 70-hour WFR course for a dual enrollment fee of $200. Please check with the college or university you are attending to determine if these credits may be honored/transferred.

Student Requirements

Students must sign a registration form and a Disclosure and Agreement form, allowing grades for this course to be shared between WCCC and WMA International. Students must submit the $200 fee to WCCC.
