As well as teaching Wilderness Medicine, Matt is the Director of Missinaibi Headwaters Outfitters, a guiding and outfitting company in Northern Ontario. A graduate of the University of Waterloo’s Recreation and Leisure studies program, Matt has been working in the Outdoor Education and Adventure industry for over a decade. Matt spends as much time in the out of doors as possible, and works quite often with Adventureworks Associates, building, maintaining, inspecting and facilitating programs on both High and Low Ropes courses throughout Canada. He enjoys traveling the world, and sometimes wishes that more time could be devoted to wandering the globe.
