Description:
Carl is a paramedic for NorthStar EMS. With his primary base being Rangeley, Maine, he is also working PRN for other EMS services. Carl also is part of NorthStar’s Back Country Medical Team and serves as the Bike Team Leader for NorthStar’s Bike Medical Team.
He has been in and out of EMS since 1973, finally deciding on a permanent EMS career since 1983. He has been a raft guide in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Alaska and Maine.
Carl just finished his 28th year as a Ski Patroller (NSP-Certified, PSPA) and is still at it. He’s also has his Maine Guide’s License. He likes to travel, ski, hike, canoe and bike when not working EMS.
