Description:
Evan grew up in Colorado and never left. After spending many years as a raft guide and ski bum, he switched his career focus to medicine. He enjoys the challenges of working in a rural environment, and has now worked for Western Eagle County Ambulance District since 2001. Evan joined WMA in 2007 and looks forward to sharing his experiences by instructing wilderness medicine courses. He currently lives in Buena Vista with his wife and dog. You can still find him paddling and skiing on his days off.
