Description:
Liz divides her time between Alaska and Vermont, hiking, paddling, and skiing (uphill as well as down and across) her way through each place.
She works as a guide in the field of wilderness therapy, taking kids on 49-day expeditions in southeast Alaska and British Columbia. In Vermont, she enjoys watching the fall turn to winter while cooking with homegrown root vegetables and crafting with wool. She also plays the fiddle and speaks German. Liz is on the ski patrol at Jay Peak (Vermont).
