The Wilderness First Responder program is the ideal medical training for leaders in remote areas including outdoor educators, guides, military, professional search and rescue teams, researchers, and those involved in disaster relief. The curriculum is comprehensive and practical. It includes the essential principles and skills required to assess and manage medical problems in isolated and extreme environments for days and weeks if necessary.

The course will be held at the Chewelah Peak Learning Center, located about 9 miles, (20 minutes) east of Chewelah, WA, on Flowery Trail Rd. Approximately 90 minute drive from Spokane, WA.
Room and Board:
Dormitory style lodging is included in the $799 course cost.
Meals are not included, however, propane cooktops and space to prepare food and wash dishes will be available next to the classroom. You will need to bring your own food, cooler, cookware and dishes. The town of Chewelah is about 20 minutes away with dining and grocery shopping options.
There is a $50 discount for registrations received before September 23, 2020.
