The Wilderness First Responder program is the ideal medical training for leaders in remote areas including outdoor educators, guides, military, professional search and rescue teams, researchers, and those involved in disaster relief. The curriculum is comprehensive and practical. It includes the essential principles and skills required to assess and manage medical problems in isolated and extreme environments for days and weeks if necessary.

Room and Board:
Lodging is not provided for winter courses. Guest can choose to stay in a shared room in the Hawk Mountain Lodge for $39.00 per evening plus tax as long as space is available. For other lodging check the following link : http://www.hawkmountainlodge.com/localandlinks.htm
Students will need to provide their own meals. We do allow students the use of our kitchen to prepare their meals. There are some local sandwich shops and pizzerias as well.
