5-Day Wilderness First Responder

Ahu Lani Sanctuary is on the Big Island of Hawaii in a private 24 acre native forest. At the center of the forest is a 12 bedroom lodge, Hawaiian style. Each room opens to an outdoor lanai with several community gathering areas including an extra large kitchen. Ahu Lani backs up to 17,000 acres of state land and is at an elevation of 3,000 ft. This makes for a more comfortable climate with temperatures during the day in the mid 70s and night mid 60s. This WFR will take place amidst the forest in a remote setting. The closest town is a 20 minute drive so services are not available unless you have transportation.
