Isamu Yokobori

Isamu is a co-director of WMA Japan and leads WMA courses in Japan. Beside WEMT, his medical background includes 10 years of lifeguarding in Japan. Also he is a professional hiking guide in Canadian Rockies and the mountains in Japan. Today, his focus is to change the perception of Japanese people toward the risks of outdoor recreations and the natural disasters that is imminent in Japan.  When not teaching, he guides hikers from overseas in Japan to help them experience the true beauty of Japanese mountains.
