Peter is a W-EMT and NR-EMT from Alaska. After 10 years as a wilderness guide and first responder on Alaska’s glaciers, mountains, rainforests, and fjords, he now lives in British Columbia and splits his time working in Alaska, Japan, the North Cascades, and Canada. Peter first became a W-EMT and NR-EMT in 2010 and is also a certified guide through the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides, a rope access technician, and avalanche professional. When not teaching for WMA or leading skiers in the great mountains of the world, he provides mountain safety, location scouting, and risk management for TV and media productions in the wilderness.
