Ryan Hodnick, D.O. NREMT-P, CCEMT-P, FAWM, FACEP is an Emergency Medicine Residency Trained and EMS Fellowship Trained Physician and Critical Care Paramedic as well as a Fellow of the Academy of Wilderness Medicine. He has extensive training in Airway Management and Austere/Wilderness Medicine. Ryan served as a Tactical Medicine instructor for Joint Tactics and Medicine at Nellis AFB,Nevada and has trained special operations forces from all over the world and the US. He’s an instructor for the University of Nevada Critical Care Paramedicine program, the Difficult Airway Course (EMS), a field instructor for the University of Nevada Wilderness Medicine Course, and has taught EMS for the National Park Service at the Grand Canyon, Death Valley, Zion National Parks as well as Lake Mead NRA. He is the Medical director for Tri State Care Flight, New Mexico and Colorado as well as a Flight Physician/Paramedic. He Also serves as the Medical Director for the Artesia, New Mexico Fire Department and serves as the Associate Medical Director/Emergency Physician and Paramedic for Burning Man Black Rock City, Nevada as well as a physician for Electric Daisy Carnival (largest rave in the US) in Las Vegas, Nevada and the Sturgis Motorcycle rally in Sturgis, South Dakota.
