Trevor grew up running through the forests with Scouts, and completed a stint in the Army Reserve as a 'young lad'. He left to explore the world a bit and learn at University but returned to the woods to become a professional wilderness guide, primarily leading backcountry canoe trips and dogsled expeditions. These days he teaches others how to play safely in the bush as a Wilderness Safety and Survival Instructor in Manitoba. In his spare time, he's a member of the local Fire Department, Ground Search and Rescue, and Civil Air Search and Rescue Association - or at home reading about the things he teaches.
