Wilderness First Aid is a two-day introduction to general medical concepts and basic life support skills. It is targeted to the outdoor enthusiast on day trips or short adventures. The course is taught by professional instructors with significant patient care and backcountry experience.

Room and Board:
A Course & Accommodations Package is available for 6 participants, which includes instruction, course materials, parking, lodging for Friday and Saturday nights, and meals starting with dinner Friday evening through lunch on Sunday. To get the most out of the workshop, participants are encouraged to stay right at ADK’s facilities. Individual rooms are reserved for package participants. Package participants should bring their own sleeping bag/warm linens, a pillow, and towels.
Adirondack Mountain Club members receive 10% off. Registration is required at least two days in advance.
