The course site, Ciel et Bois, is 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa in Cantley, QC.

Accommodation options: A) Onsite shared lodging for $39/night includes fully equipped kitchen, bedding, wifi, comfortable and fun common areas, fire pits, and surrounded by beautiful nature, B) Book a private hotel or Airbnb, C) Commute from home or elsewhere in Ottawa/Gatineau.

Optional pick-up and drop-off at Ottawa airport, train, or hotel: $19 CAD each way.

Folks with a current OEC certificate are also eligible to join and earn a WFR.

CPR and AED included as part of the two days, at no additional cost.

Class is located at the southern end of the beautiful Bitterroot Valley, in Hamilton, MT. Home of world class fly fishing, gorgeous mountains and hiking, and other recreation abound.

Idyllwild: a classic mountain town with world-class climbing and bouldering…phenomenal mountain biking…stellar hiking…with lots of foodie options (and its own brewpub)- all within walking distance of your course. And: Joshua Tree National Park is only 75 minutes away! Small class sizes (usually max of 12) to enhance healthy and quality training, with flexible, reasonable lodging or camping options. Our WFR classes are kept small to help promote a challenging and impactful leaning environment. We believe that experiential engagement with stressful and complicated situations can hone our strengths and expose our areas of needed development. Our facilitation focuses on how best to deploy sound critical thinking, and risk management in any environment.

Our courses are held at Green Oak Ranch. Come experience the beautiful, undeveloped hills around the ranch and feel the spirit of this historic property. The 142-acre ranch was part of the original 2,288 acre “Rancho Buena Vista,” Mexican Land Grant from the early 1800s. Explore nearby beaches, mountain biking and hiking trails, or just kickback at one of the many local restaurants and breweries.
